I have a client using Small Business Office Manager for a UC540. The user is on a different subnet than the UC540, but have no problem getting connected. However, after a day or two, the Office Manager seems to "forget" the address of the UC and can't connect. Anyone else having similar issues?

Hello Chris,
Office Manager is meant to be run on the same subnet as the UC, and it will only search on the same subnet as the PC is on. You need to have them enter the UC as a manual device in the “Advanced Settings” page. OM will then try and validate that device and not keep searching its own subnet for one.
This is information that I found, maybe someone from the Office Manager team can confirm...

Thanks Darren, I have done that using the advanced tab and it connects, but within a few days it seems to lose track of the UC and won't connect.
