Can't register ext. 3 and 4 on SPA504G

I have bought two spa504g phones to use with our asterisk. I can register ext. 1 and 2, but when I go to ext. 3 and 4 no field for entering proxy ip adress is avaiable. How do I register theese lines?

Hope someone can help.

Click on 'advanced' in the upper right and then you'll see the proxy parameter show up.
