here's my problem
I have a UC500 configure in my lan network using WAN port (it's behind the router as the other server/pc)
everything's was working but suddendly the SIP stop registering
so i delete the sip trunk config and recreate it but now it's not working anymore
how can I see what's not working, I guess there's a way to check out a log when the sip trunk try to connect to the provider's server ?
i enter this in CLI :
debug ccsip messages
but it's not showing anything !
I test the SIP on a softphone in my lan and it's working so it's not a problem from my provider

Do "term mon" when taking debug traces.

i've been able to register my sip trunk, I can make call and 2 way audio is ok but the problem is that I can't receivecall on the SIP number it says that the number is not in service.
before it stopped working, I had connection-reuse in my sip-ua config. Now as soon as I put connection-reuse my SIP isn'T registered and I can't make calls
why ?

another strange thing
If i setup a softphone(x-lite) on my laptop with the same SIP trunk, then the call are coming into my uc500 !
WTF !

That is normal, the softphone is doing the registration on behalf of the UC500 , that for some reasons fails to srat or succeed.

All mentioned above already, plus "show sip ua registration status".
