Can UC 560 provide live Tapi events instead of CDR's?
Is there a way to send real time CTI or Tapi Event Data to 3rd party applications instead of CDR's on the UC560?
We would like to investigate integration options for Voice Logging and live Monitoring on the UC500.
Also could someone describe the configuration set up for CRM Integration on the UC560 - Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com. I have seen beautiful sales presentations for Unified Connectors for Microsoft CRM and Salesforce.com. What are the integration options if the connector has not been pre-built?
There doesn't seem to be much information floating around on this topic. Are there perhaps differences with the terminologies used in the UC560 Information?
I have attached an example of recording and monitoring software with real time CTI Integration.
Re: Can UC 560 provide live Tapi events instead of CDR's?
I have attached a PDF for you to look at, it is the API developers guide for TAPI, I have one client right now working on this to integrate with their custom CRM and boarding, however I am not getting involved with it as it means we would need to take some ownership of the project which I really do not want to do
I hope this sheds some light on the subject for you.
