Can you recommend a Document or Site to help stay current with the UC500?

I know there are numerous set up options, and each installation varys but what is the best place to reference for questions, examples, and set up info?

You are a vital member of this community and I think this may be the best place.   I realize the discussion threads dont offer a nice structure, but under documents, we do have the TELs, which I know you like.

Tell me what it is you think we need and I'll do my best to find it or build it for you.

The Support Community and the Site are best ways to stay up to date. There is a section here on the forums where there are enablement labs to help with new features and common issue that are seen in the field. The link to the enablement labs is below.

Brian / Steve, thank you for your swift responses.

In the link that Brian sent I found the PP Steve created: CCA_Webcast_for_Partners.pptx

This is what I was looking for.  Something beyond adding phones, setting up users, VM, etc...

Configuring SIP providers, VLANs, remote users and such is what I was looking for.

There is a smallbizsales community, with Partner login access only, which has more of a Sales bend on collateral.
