Hello guys,
So ran into a situation where i can access my remote UC540 thru CLI all day long but for what ever reason i can't thru CCA. I thought that both ways shared the same credentials, if this is not the case, is there a way to reset the password thru CLI so that i can have access back to CCA?

Make sure you have the following enabled in CLI
ip http server
ip http secure-server
ip http authentication local
That will fix it unless your PC is broken.

Hi,
Could you please share the "show run" output from UC540 and let me know the username with which you are tying to access CCA.
Also, try to delete and re-add the username to access the CCA. For example::
username cisco privilege 15 secret cisco
