CCA 2.1 Upgrade to 7.1.3 - Broke on-ramp faxing

I did have onramp faxing working...now after upgrade, it no longer works.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Update - CCA 2.1 deleted the on- & off-ramp apps.

Update2 - The old command was:

application
service onramp flash:app_faxmail_onramp.2.0.1.3.tcl

But it's not liking that. Anyone know what new command is?

Duh, got to say "no" 1st.

Looks like you had the app_faxmail_onramp.2.0.1.3.tcl in UC 500's flash. When you performed the system upgrade, you must have checked the clear flash option. You need to copy the app_faxmail_onramp.2.0.1.3.tcl file back into flash - that should get you going.

I checked the autodisk cleanup. Otherwise, wouldn't have had room to do the upgrade without deleting lots of files.

I would think the autodisk cleanup would only get rid of files it replaces.

Regardless, probably need popup before you start the upgrade to remind you to copy off 1st.

CCA 2.1 supports SSLVPN & the client pkg got erased too.
