CCA 3.2(2) 8.6.1 - DID not mapping

Hi have setup a virgin UC560 via the wizard and mapped in-dials to extensions PRI port.

Once the config is finished under the users/phones phone extension the DID doesnt map in the edit phone/button window. (although diagnostics call routing does route the number to the extension) and they are displayed correctly in the dial plan.

If I change the extension number to another extension number outside of the range save and then change it back to the original extension the DID is then displayed correctly under the phone view. CLI post view then shows it adding number xxx secondary xxxxx no-reg primary

However if I change or add anything to the DialPlan incoming it removes all the DIDs from all the extensions. (you can see it removing them all in the post CLI view)

Extension rnage 700 - 799 number 88327700 - 88327799

Any ideas - this is a virgin box and repeated twice now.

Do a CLI translation based config and have things work solid and predictably.
