New UC540, CME and CUE have been factory defaulted multiple times. Using Telelphony Wizard to install.
The Wizard hangs at 99%. This has happen several times. Doing VERY simple install. Couple of phones and a SIP trunk (testing in lab environment). Cannot get Wizard to finish.
CCA is 3.2(2) – upgraded from 3.2(1) yesterday
Telephony-service 8.6
IOS version is 15.1(4)M4b

could you attach the application log when the issue happen.

I had the same issue. I had to uninstall CCA and delete related folders and reinstall. After fresh reinstall wizard now completes.
