Saw this at a client site the other week and then just replicated the problem on our production UC540 in house.
Shared lines revert back to "normal" in CCA. Last week I removed all the extension and phones from the system and set them up again using different extension numbers. When I set them up this time around I set every extension as "shared" so that it would be an easy change if I needed to give someone an additional phone. I logged into CCA today and now every one of the lines is showing normal instead of shared. Shared lines in CCA have been troublesome since the feature was added, and i'm sure some of it is expected behavior. It does beg the question, for something so simple to do via CLI, why is it such a hassle with CCA?
Anyone else run into this?
