Having a very strange issue with UC560. This is a brand new box with default factory configuration. I was trying to log onto to CCA, but I kept getting error message saying failed to authentication using TELNET. Telnet access is required for access to voice configuration.
the thing is I can telnet to the router without any issue, I can open the router's http page. just CCA keeps saying authentication failed.
username and password are default. cisco/cisco, enable: cisco. CUE cisco/cisco.
please help.
