I'd like to start this discussion thread for CCW and configuration/ordering needs for the new platform.
A few items to kick this off:
- I did a configuration with CMBE-6K-UCL vs CMBE-6K-UWL and was surprised to see that the final cost difference was only $100 dollars more for CUWL. Should there even be a UCL version?
- Need the ability in CCW when configuring the CMBE6K-UWL-K9 to have a "Redundant Hardware" section. So that you can purchase a second server if the customer requires redundant voice hardware. This way we can get two appliances pre-loaded with the software instead of having to purchase a Spare surver and build manually.
