Is it possible to change the number of rings on the Night Service? Our current settings have it ring about 3 times and we would like for it to pick up after the first ring or immediately.
Is it possible to change this or is it based on a user's phone, hunt group, etc?

I do not have CCA anymore or a system to pull it up on and get a screen shot for you, but in the Night Service Section of CCA you can set the parameters up for this, and you can have which every phone is set on NS mode to call-forward imediatly to a destination, which in most cases is the VM anyway, but it is possible to do what you want to do
Oh and note that sometimes the phone on the callers end will ring twice before it even rings on the UC, this is especially seen with FXO/Analogue trunks.
