We have 3 blast groups setup on a UC560 and each was setup using the Telephony Setup Wizard. When calls come into the Blast Groups they show up on phones as "FOR: 398" which is the auto attendant extension. When the calls go to VoiceMail, the emails show the calls as Message For: Blast 2.
How can we change both of these to something like Sales or Admin?
First of all, if you were to use shared DN, instead of parallel voice hunt, that would make it easier to give it a display name, and handle calls.
Anyway, if you want to use voice hunt, you can try configuring "directory-entry" for the number, and "service dnis-lookup" under telephony-service.
Anything that I am getting with a Blast Group that I would lose with the Shared DN?
Yes, its limitations.
