Changed IP address of CUCM and IM&P , service now broken

CUCM 10.5

When I looked at the IM&P presence topology, it still thinks that it is connected to the old IP address of the CUCM.  How do I fix this?  thanks

Can you please share the following commands from both CUCM and CUCM IM&P CLI:

show network cluster

utils dbreplication runtimestate

show tech network hosts

run sql select * from processnode

Also please list old and new IPs of each server.
