Are other UC5xx service contract owners having issues downloading CIPC? I used to be able to do this but when I tried to download the latest version 8.6(2), it shows Additional Entitlement Required.
I thought when you have a valid UC5xx service contract, we are able to download CIPC. I tried to reach out to ent-dl@cisco.com and this was their response -
"Please note that in order to be able to download this software you need to have PFG listed under active software contract: SFTCLNT, UWL-BE, UWL-STD, UWL-PRO, CUWP, UWL-ENT."
