Cisco 2801 with SPA942, pickup group problem

Hi ,

      I am very new in the voice world, also i configured the SPA942 with CM7  installed on router C2801, they are making calls,  but when i put the  button grPick dont works, the mensage is Call Ended.

In my network there are some Cisco phones, model 7970, and all are OK, the pickup group button works.

What can i do to fix this issue?

I tried the document "LVS demo_manualconfig _1_0" of the follow topic, but in the SPA942 phones  there is not the option "hunt groups" on SIP tab.

Dear sir;

SPA9X2 phones are compatible with the 3rd party SIP phones features of CME, this includes only:

- Registration

- Making/receiving calls

- Call forward, transfer, conference and MOH (unicast).

Other features will not work. If you are looking for full compatibility, you need to use Cisco Unified IP Phones 7900, or 6900 series.
