Hi, I'm trying to set up my voicemail account, and it has an old employee code or pin so I need to find a way of setting my direct line up. Is there a way of you guys helping me?

I can't speak for all management systems, but I'm using a Cisco UC320W to manage SPA504G phones. In that system, I can reset the vmail box and password with a click and deploy. I've had to do that before and it's very simple. As long as the phone was provisioned from the management system, you can override the settings. If not, you need to reset the phone and start over.
