Cisco SPA303 - POST to /CGI/Execute returns 404 Not Found

When posting data to my customers SPA303 i'm receiving the error below. We are able to browse to the phone's IP address and administrate the phone. Can anyone shed some light on why we are receiving a 404? I've attached a screenshot for reference.

 

POST http://10.0.5.180/CGI/Execute 404 (Not Found)

Hard to give you valuable answer. You didn't disclosed neither firmware version nor configuration of relevant options.
