Cisco SPA504G IP Phone

Hi,

Just installed a 2nd spa504g and it appears to have caused the first spa504g to stop working, now both units cant see the network, we have set the ip addresses manually on both, cannot ping either.  Have also used different PoE devices but no luck.  Both phonse show not receiving packets when you look at the status on the display, anybody got any ideas?
