Cisco SPA504G not receiving ARP replies

I have remote offices connected to my data center with wireless links (ubiquiti radios in wds transparent mode and Tycon switches at solar powered sites). Remote offices can only be reached with a wireless link of several hops...

I am installing VOIP telephony at the remote sites using Cisco´s SPA504G IP phones. But the phone does not register to my Asterisk server located at the data center. When I check it with wireshark I see the phone does not receive the ARP reply it is waiting for (no DHCP, my Asterisk server is at 172.31.0.10 and the default gateway is 172.31.0.1):

Then I disconnect the SPA504G and connect a Polycom IP 301 phone (everything else remains untouched) and with this model the ARP request/reply is completed and the phone registers:

The problem lies in the wireless link and the Cisco phone confiiguration. Any clues will be appreciated.

Thank you in advance
