I am using a Cisco SPA525G phone and it was working perfectly. When I would use Dialectic to dial, it would ring the phone in my ear with my Bluetooth and I would not have to touch the phone, it was amazing. The phone broke and Nextiva sent me a new one. Now when Dialectic dials, it starts the call on the speaker phone and not my headset.
I am sure it is a problem with the phone, it was so convenient to click on a phone number on a web site my computer and the phone would start ringing in my ear. Now I have to push the headset button on the phone when I hear it start to ring on the speaker phone.
Do you know how I can change the settings to get it back to the original?
