One of our customers is running a UC520 with version 8.0.2 of the software pack. This customer was not setup through CCA and their deployment is not CCA compatible. The customer needs to be able to change user names and other settings for particular extensions through a GUI. Previously, this was managed through the CUE GUI under extensions. However, this menu no longer appears to be available with the new software pack and redesigned CUE GUI format.
Is there a way to get this menu back or another way for the user to make the necessary changes through the web gui? Thanks.
