I have a uc560 and I'd like to configure click to dial for my users, if i recall correctly there is a free version of call connector to get this function

could you guys please tell me which one do i need to download

You need to download the Smart CallConnector Toolbar. Please go to the Smart CallConnector document on this community for the links to download.
