clock is unsynchronized

Hi

I configure ntp on UC500 and

Clock is unsynchronized, statum 16, no reference clock.


I have ping to ntp server ,the customer enabled port 123 .

My ios 15.0(1)XA3a .


any idea?

Make sure NTP is using a source interface that can route to the NTP server. You can use the command "ntp source <interface>" to set the source interface.
