Conference Call Equipment

I just purchased and installed the UC 320 along with 8 client phones (SPA 508G.)  The whole system works great and so much better than the SPA 9000.  I want to add an IP based conference call phone.  I looked at the CISCO models and it looks like they are only compatible with SPCP.  Polycom has a model called the IP 7000 that is SIP based.  Will it be compatible with the UC 320?  I could not find anything in google.

Also, I have two secretaries that need headsets.  Could anyone recommend a good quality wired headset that is compatible with the SPA 508 phones?

At this time the UC320 does not support a conference room phone

Look for it to be added down the road
