I can use CCA with ease but our system was re configured by Cisco TAC using CLI and CCA messes up our corerct config....
What I now need to perform is the following:
Change a few user details from old person to new starter
clear old voice message and reset for new staff
can someone advise on the commands required to make the necessary changes
