In bug CSCty62404 it mentions that the AA fails to answer to incoming FXO calls. I've had this happen twice to the same customer. Rebooting has fixed it immediatly.
However, in that bug report in mentions that changing the call route to a "blast group first and timeout to AA" is a work around.
Question: What is a "Blast group" ? That's not Cisco UC320W speak in anything I can find.
Could you please claifiy and properly describe the correct terminology for the configuration change that needs to be done in the bug report?
