Greetings!
We're working on creating a backup system for our UC540/560 systems.
One of the things we're concerned about is keeping voicemail messages from customers, and since we're a company with sensitive information, we have a policy of data retention which we'd like to implement to our voicemail backup as well. So basically, I want to do a full backup of our phone systems, however I don't want to backup the voicemail messages. I do want to backup the greetings, etc.
Is this possible?
Also, we don't use TimeCardview, so is it safe to uncheck that in our backup jobs? An explanation of each option would help.

Thanks in advanced

The current CCA Maintenance Drawer: Config Archive will backup your complete system will also include the voice mail greetings and messages as far as I know. There are not granular controls or knobs to tune this that I know of.
CCA doesn't provide some type of automation in terms of backup, so I'm forced to write Perl scripts to grab the CME config, and the CUE web console does have scheduled backup options. The CUE web console is what I'm referring to.
