Does Cisco have a generic document for partners we can provide customers with once they have purchase a UC500. This document would encompass columns for adding names, extension numbers, call privileges, phone types, email address etc. The customer can complete and return so we can tailor the system to there exact requirements.
I can create one from scratch however if I don't have to reinvent the wheel it would make life a little bit easier.
The site survey document is great for initial planning however I need something simplier the customer can understand and populate.
