What would be the current <Daylight_Saving_Time_Rule ua="na"></Daylight_Saving_Time_Rule> for SPA504G? I am provisioning for east coast clients EST

• Starts: Second Sunday in March
• Ends: First Sunday in November
• Time: 2 am local time

So I assume it should be

start=3/8/7/2:0:0;end=11/1/7/2:0:0;save=1
