Upgraded to SP 8.0.5 and CCA 3.
Now there is outbound rule - Unrestricted - Access Code 3 - begins with 238 - 3 digits.
It is interferring with my extensions for CCA to work.
It will let you think it has been deleted, but it comes back.
It you change the access code, it adds it back and keeps your new access code.
How can I permanently remove this access code?
Last night, I went ahead and upgraded to 8.1 (figured it couldn't be any worse than 8.0.5).
Now I can remove that outbound rule.
Really, why would I need rule to call internal extensions?
