Deleting SIP Trunk Service Provider

I've initially added an XML template for ITSP SIP trunk provider. That template proved to be bad and I created the SIP Trunk successfully without an XML template, but now every time I open CCA the old provider template reappears in the list. How do I permanently delete it? I couldn't find the file in the CLI.

Hello Roman,

I'm not 100% certain on this, but I believe that template is actually in the CCA application folder. The default installation directory is %SystemDrive%/Program Files/Cisco Systems/CiscoSMB/Cisco Configuration Assistant
