DTMF string in phonebook

HI,

I'm using a SPA-504G IP Phone, a SPA-3102 Gateway to my PSTN line, and a 3CX v10 IPBX. I'd like to store DTMF String in my phonebook... How can I do that?

Example:

To forward my line to my cellphone I have to dial 0 (for external line) then *21#

I would like to programm a soft key to send 0w*21# (w stands for a short pause in dialing)

Thx in advance

Wrong forum, try "small business - phones".

However i can tell you already thar is not possible to store pauses in speed-dials.

thanks anyway... sorry for the missplaced thread

Well paolo...

according to the SPA5xx Administration Guide it is possible to store pauses in speedDials using a comma (,)

page 204 in http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/csbpipp/ip_phones/administration/guide/spa500_admin.pdf

So did you work this out?  What I read on page 204 does not seem to have anything to do with pauses.

Oups not a comma but a "P"

Extract from PDF File p.204:

For a pause, enter P followed by a number and a space.

The duration of the pause is the specified number of seconds

Apologies if my answer is not correct.

But for sure, the matter is better discussed in the appropriate forum, that is not this one.

don't worry ^^ thanks anyway I opend a thread in Small Business
