Extension Mobility Intercom Feature

I am setting up a 7960 phone for extension mobility. I would like to add a dialable intercom button to the phone profile for when no one is logged in and to the user profiles for each repective user.

However, if I change the amount of button to 2 and try to set button 2 to diable intercom, I am unable to do that. The only option for any of the buttona is normal or shared. Is this doable?

Please advise.

Hello Brian,

Currently CCA only allows Normal and Shared lines to be set under the user and the phone profile.
