Cannot access Voicemail Direct Number from external. Is there configuration for this to work?? Internal 799 works but when dialling full number 9913 0799 get response "The extension is unavailable"
From external number call the Auto attendant number once it connects to AA number dial "*" it asks for username and ping. provide the username and pin and now you can check voicemail.
