External address book

Hi all,

I've a little issue with address book on UC320. I just loaded a CSV file into the external directory and I have 2 questions:

1) Why only 100 slots? Is there any way to break this limit?

2) From SPA502 phones the contacts are displayed not alphabetically and also there isn't any search function. Is there any fix to this?

Hi Ricardo,

The 100 slots support was what marketing had requested for the feature requirement.  I can open a feature request to increase it.  Is there a particular number you have in mind?

We have a feature request to track the request to be able to search the directory on the phone.  I'll open a request to sort the list by last name.

Thanks in advance cristopher. I think 200/300 numbers could be enough, however the search feature is mandatory, in my opinion.
