External Call Records

Is there anyway to extract the call records from outside of the web interface? We like to track what extension has made X amount of calls and the total time spent on the phone. Any ideas?

External Call Records

Tim,

The access to the Call records is via the web interface. 

Status -> External Call Records -> and the intereface displays the list in xml format.  From there the records can be downloaded to the workstation.

Currently there is no other interface to download the call records.
