I have installed on my server the Cisco Unified CM with System version 10.5.2 .
Some External Phone Number Masks are not working ( 2 week ago were working fine ) also every new phone number that i get from my telephony provider is not working. I have read from your community website that when you have a new range of phone numbers or a new number, you need to follow a procedure.
Could anyone explain to me how exactly to register a new phone number to CUCM software?
