External Ringer with UC320 and SPA 525 phones

Hi Team

We have a site that is too noisy and needs external ringer to be attached.

I did go through some other posts but did not get clear idea.

We have installed UC 320 with SPA 525 handsets...

Please help

Hi,

Your UC320 should have an FXS port.

An FXS can connect to a POTS type phone, you could then wire an external ringer accross the phones tip & ring.

Make the FXS port a shared line with your ip phone.
