A customer of ours already have a Cisco SPA501G phone, which was – by the old provider – set to disable administration webpage and password-protect the factory reset action.
Is it somehow possible to hard reset this? Or is the phone worthless?
I think the only option you could try is to power up the device and keep pressing the speaker button (do not hold it in, press it) until the recovery menu and select recovery reset. (option 1)
If that does not work throw it in the bin, or sell it on ebay for parts!
