Fax_Mail issue

Hi

Our customer has a 560 on the latest software, They have fax to mail set up and has been working fine. Over the last week, they were not getting notified of the fax, and when we rang the ddi assigned to it, we were getting the following error – “'This service is not compatible with this call”. So I deleted and then re added the ddi/ext and sent another test fax, It is now notifying the customer but as a wav file. Nothing has changed in the last week.

We need more info here...  I can't really tell what you are saying about a WAV file?  Sometimes removing the commands to enable the fax and replacing them help.. it places the fax script file back on the flash with a new download.
