Fractional T1 (PRI) and the Cisco Business Edition 3000

Can the Cisco Business Edition 3000 support a Factional T1?

Customer uses Integrated Access Device and only 12 B-Channels are enabled on the T1.

Using CUCM and MGCP controlled PRI, Fractional T1 is not supported. However, we are able to busy out DS0 channels on up to 5 T1 circuits.

Can we do similar on the BE3000 ?
