French Voicemail Prompts for Linksys SPA400

I'm looking for French Voicemail Prompts for my Linksys SPA400. I have contacted the reseller (Amazon.com) that I have purchased the device with but they are unwilling to help me. So if Cisco could help me obtain it, that would be nice.

Please use the spa9000 wizard for installation.  It has the prompts for the different languages.  Thank you.

No that's only for the SPA9000. I need the voicemail prompts for the SPA400 which can only be downloaded by a partner at https://www.myciscocommunity.com/docs/DOC-2184.

Looking at that download link, I saw the French option only with the GSM file format.
