gateway-to-gateway VPN Tunnel between uc540 - rv042

i'm trying to setup an ipsec vpn tunnel between a rv042 and a uc540.

I think I need to setup the VPU tunnel through CLI since CCA can only do EZVpn.

can anyone give me an how to or something like that ? i'm newb at cisco CLI.
