I have a customer who is using Google Mail for email and Thunderbird as the email client, rather than Outlook. What CallConnector features are they going to miss out on?
Obviously they won't be able to install and use the Outlook toolbar.
What about the usernames for the CallConnector Advanced client (SCC-Advanced). Is there someway they will be able to connect to a Google Mail to get usernames so they can see the status of users i.e. on a call, away etc. Will they be able to Click to dial, drag and drop users etc?
