gpickup softkey not working on 504

Hi,

I have an SPA504G firmware 7.4.4.

Here are relevant options:

2.tiff

3.tiff

I put 'dnd' and 'dir' either side of it to see what happened. The keys took place 3 and 4 so it is like it isnt seeing the button as being defined. I've tried giving it a specific position, as well as removing all other keys. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm a bit stumped... Admin guide barely mentions group pickup. If all else fails I suppose I can use a custom PSK but I'd rather not use them up on things that are supposedly already implemented.

The images in your post don't display for me. I'm betting that you're not using SPA9000 or Sylantro.

Gpickup softkey not working on SPA504

Hi,

1 SPA504g(SIP protocol in CME)

Call pickup group and Call pick up does not work.

If you try to do a call pickup or call pick up group the phone displays "gathering call info" and nothing happens.

Any quick setting that must be on or off somewhere for this to work ?
