Greeting message

Hello,

is it possible to setup a greeting message "Welcome to XXXX please wait all lines are busy" while all lines are busy and have the busy phone rings as soon as it is free again ? A kind of waiting message for the caller. In AA, it seems that we have only scripts where the caller has to press keys.

I am using a UC520W 2BRI.

Hi Stephane,

This is certainly possible and very easy to configure using the latest CCA 2.0.1. It is called "Basic Automatic Call Distribution", or BACD. More information on:
