Help recovering a 7970 & 7975

I have 2 phones that are both doing the same thing.

after resetting them the are stuck in a continuous reboot and sitting at the cisco screen with a target symbol at the bottom left.

Any ideas what i should try?

the loads are in my UC520 system, and we have other 7970's & 7975's working fine.

Wrong forum, try UC500.

However, you should post relevant config.
