Have you setup your incoming DIDs under dial-plan > incoming > DID?  Without these setup your UC won't know where to route the calls.

Not sure what you're asking about in the second portion of your question.

ok you can help me how can i do that

regards

In CCA go to Configure > Telephony > Dial Plan > Incoming > Did.

There should be an add button, click it.

Then Add a description of the DID.  Choose SIP.  In the incoming Field enter the DID number in both of the fields.  Then enter the extension number you want to route to in the other fields.

Hit ok then apply.

A better description is here on page 423(I don't have a UC500 in front of me):

i make but still the problem

Get a debug voice ccapi inout. Your provider may be sending more or less digits than you entered for the DIDs.

Try changing the DID first to 6289346 and testing.

If that doesn't work try changing it to 9346.

If you have a support contract or warranty support it may be easier to have a TAC representative help you out though.
